DCHUX participates with Medicare, Medicaid, Workers Compensation, and No Fault Auto Insurance Plans

For self-pay patients, competitive rates will be discussed and payment plans will be established before surgery. Additionally, a deposit will be required before scheduling surgery
Patient responsibility statements will be mailed out
Surgery center services will be billed separately from surgeon. Patients will receive separate bills for surgeon fees, anesthesiologists, and facility
